My name is Andrew Bateman. In my day job I am a lawyer. This doesn’t mean I am your lawyer and nothing on this site is legal advice. I started this site in order to help advance Chaos in all its’ forms. What this means in practice is that I hope this site can become a place for discussion, innovation, and experimentation around all aspects of the Chaos faction in Warhammer 40,000.
I am a relatively recent convert to Warhammer from other games such as Dungeons and Dragons and Magic: the Gathering. To put it simply, I love this hobby. Form assembling to painting to playing, I love all aspects of it. I hope that this site can eventually encompass this, whether it is paint schemes, cool model conversions, or some wacky new list.
However, I also love competition. It is what brought me to the hobby and what drives me. This means that this site is going to focus a lot on “competitive” play. I hope to define what that means along the way. There will be some narrative/casual content I imagine, but the primary focus will be on becoming a better “competitive” player.
